Default need to remove center console HELP

I have removed the 2 screws that are in the cig lighter area.
I dont see any other screws to take out. How do i get this thing off?

Reason for removal is i need to change the solenoid that locks
the A4 in the park. I hope it is under there once i get it off.....

Pop off the little grill by the ignition - there's one in there. Be careful not to damage the temperature sensor.

There is one other screw located behind the temp sensor cover next to the ignition switch. Gently pry it off and you will see a third screw. You may also have to remove the console itself- it is held in by four 10mm nuts, two under the traction control plate and two at the back of the console under the door. Vette Essentials has a detailed removal process on their website. Just another one of Ken King's contribution to us

Default help

two bolts under the panel that has your ride control and such ( AH also). Also it's much easier if you remove the center glove box also. Hope this helps

One of the many things the late Ken King brought to our community are instructions on how to do whatever it takes in the interior of the C5. His instructions will be his legacy.

Here's to you, Ken!

Have you removed the shift selector **** and boot? This should give you a little more clearance to lift it over the shift lever...
