Have patience. Move seat all the way forward to put front screw back with stubby screwdriver. Move seat back to where you can get room between bezel and sill to use stubby there also. Side screw should be put back in before you put seat back lever back on. Then you just push the lever on and locking ring will hold it.
You can do it.

The front screws are the toughest to get. Move the seat back. Try to put that screw in before you put the side screw in. I did by putting the screw in the part and using the screwdriver pressing on the head of the screw just sort of "feel around" the hole with the screw. You will eventually feel it drop into place. Once the front screw is in don't tighten it all the way, put the side screw in then go back and tighten the front screw. I hope this made sense.
