I have had my Bullets for maybe 4-5 months now, and I love the way they look and sound. But lately the right side has been drooping down lower than the left. I know this is due to the crappy clamps they come with. But my problem occured yesterday, I was driving to work and as I got out of my car a guy came up to me to tell me my exhaust was about to fall off. I told him thanks and went to look at it, expecting to see the right drooping a bit as normal. I was horrified to see that it was hanging maybe 1"-2" off the ground the welded on exhaust hangar had broken off at the welds. Has anyone else had this problem? Also anyone have a recommendation on how to fix it? I'm reluctant to weld a new hangar on because I don't want to ruin the finish on the pipes. I need to fix this soon because I don't want my car to leave the garage until I know nothing will fall off.
It will never actually fall over bc part of it goes over the susp. Get the hanger/clip welded back on (got mine fixed at an exhaust shop) and check the hanger/clips at the end of the H or X pipe, that must be where your problem is.
You might consider replacing those crappy clamps anyway, with 4" stainless you can buy from Summit ort Jegs. I have B&B Tri-flow that must use the same clamps. The replacement ones worked much better. It really amazes me, for $1000 you'd think they could provide a better hanging mechanism. I was looking at a friend's Borla's the other day, different configuration but there was a nice hanger connected to the torsion bar bolt. B&B could do much better.
Adam, sorry to hear that the exhaust is having drooling problems, hope you get that worked out. Get one of the NUKE welders on the boat to ride down to the hobby shop and weld it back together and see what you can do about getting the other things worked out.

I have had borla and now B n B bullet, and both of mine would get loose @ the H pipe and spin down. Just need to keep them tight. Sorry to hear your clamp broke off Good luck!

This just happened to my B&B Bullet last week. Go on their website, e-mail them. I got a reply in 1 day, they gave me 2 options. Either send a new hanger, free of charge, or for me to send my exhaust to them, pay shipping, but they will pay for the return shipping. I chose to get the hanger, recieved it in a few days, now I just need to get my buddy to weld it for me. I am very pleased with B&B's customer service, but I still think that these things should not break....
Looks like I need to email them and get a new hanger. I feel like a ricer because right now I have 2 zip ties holding the pipe off the ground so that it is drivable.

Wow, i had the same thing happpen to my right side hanger and had to zip tie it up. My hanger stayed in the rubber mount though so just have to get it welded back on now.
