[Z06] basic mods + fuel remap = 441 BHP
Hi Folks,
Basic Mods: Halltech, Grannitelli MAF, PRT exhaust. First run resulted in 413 BHP and 362 torque.
We had trouble with the temp as I have not changed the thermostate and fan settings. As temp increased to the
205 range the runs fell of by as much as 10%. We then installed a PROgram piggyback computer to remap the fuel air mixture
and the last run was 441.5 BHP and 383 on torque.
The GMS made the engine very rich in the upper RPM range. Also interesting is the lower torque. More testing to
be done after we put on an X-pipe and lower the temp.

Are these on an engine dyno? If not, then please post the actual corrected rear wheel horsepower numbers, without your hp loss calculation. This is the only way to compare apples to apples.
Sound like good gains, though.

The numbers are from the dyno and it shows only BHP. These are from a 01 LS6. The biggest change came from the re-mapping approx. 30 BHP. I going to do my LS1 and see what I can get from it.
