The guy I bought the car from told me it was dynoed 418 at the fly...I just recently got it so I haven’t had it dynoed my self. I don’t know if he may have done a chip or this is a factory freak or something. The mods listed are the only ones I am aware of. I know it is a hell of a lot faster than stock because I drove and raced my friends stock FRC. 418 is a pretty random number to just bs though, so I will see if I can get a hold of his dyno sheet, or just dyno it myself...
but thanks for your thoughts, I did ask for em

Anyway I may mess with it a little more here...work on lettering and stuff. God I love Photoshop

Derek, I can tell you right now that there are no factory freaks...Quality control od these engines are controlled under very tight 6 Sigma standards. I put seven years of my life into the develpmet of this car... true there are + and - engines... but we are talking 3 to 5 hp.

The picture is nice, I was just offering you my insight. Also dyno testing is done at the rear wheels.. the only way crank numbers are done is at an engine lab, like at Gm's test lab.
Anyone who quotes dyno numbers, they are RWH RWT data.
You can calculate crank numbers but they do not measure the actual drive line lose per vehilcle. so it is just an estimate.

I have seen drive line loss studies done and they can vary from car to car . Ive seen 17/18/19 % DLL.

Anyway welcome to the forum... If you want honest and concise information, without sugar coating, you can always PM me... I dont deal in Bullsh|t. The only reason I even mentioned anything is because you asked for it
Ive seen every scenerio possible with these LS/Xengines .

That would be - $0.02. We pay him nothing, but he keeps giving his two cents.

Derek, Which Photoshop version are you using? I have 7.0 , but am thinking of upgrading to PS2. Any thoughts on the upgrade? Is it worth it?

It's CS2 not PS2.... I have CS2 Ver 9.0 I do alot of digital photograpghy and digital darkroom processing..
CS2 allows is a RAW converter... allows you to shoot raw images and convert them... it is head and shoulders above any other Photoshop offering.. I had ver 7 of photoshop and before that had 6 and 5 . I think I started with 3.0

CS2 Is what I was thinking , but not what I typed. I'm good at that. I assume that i can upgrade without buying the complete program.
Any thoughts?
