Help!!! Popping Noise Problem!

Default Help!!! Popping Noise Problem!
Ok, tell me what you all think is possibly happening. My car is driveable. But everytime I'm at a full stop and turn the steering wheel either to the left or right all the way, and then let go of the gas pedal in first. It starts to make a popping noise in the front. At the same time you can feel the car shake as the noise happens.

HELPPP!!! IDEAS!!!!

I had the same thing with my 88 GTA a while back. New ball joints (upper and lower) fixed it. Take it to a suspension/steering specialist for a check.
