On the way back from the bank this afternoon, I pull up to a stop sign and up pulls another C5 in the lane next to me, just as I start to pull away, so I throw a quick wave. The guy catches up to me halfway up the next block and we both exchange waves. His car is filthy dirty. He speeds up a little and I can see he's wanting to get into my lane, so I ease up and he moves over. No turn signals. Whatever. So I watch this guy as he speeds up, darting in and out of traffic -- no signals -- and just sort of driving like a real dick. Can I say that? Anyway, as I pulled up to the intersection where he had just turned after cutting off a couple of other cars, I felt a little embarrassed, hoping his dick-ish driving wasn't going to get someone scowling at my near identical (except sparkling clean) C5.
It really bugs me when guys in ANY car drive like that. I'll bet he's the kind of guy that takes up two parking spaces, too. Oh well, at least HE WAVED.
wow. stop crying.
you really created a post to cry about a dirty vette that was driving too fast for your liking?!
its not enough that vettes compete with other brand cars and their drivers, now they can be criticized and scolded by their own.
From: "This is not a psychotic episode, but a cleansing moment of clarity."
Hey Junior, I stopped hours ago. Read the posts and get with the program.
Listen, just because the guy is driving a 'Vette doesn't give him a free pass to drive like a jerk, cutting off other drivers and forcing them to hit their brakes because he doesn't want to follow basic traffic courtesy (not to mention laws) on the street.

Depends on how far away it is and how busy the lot is. Cool with me!
there are always alternatives... usually those spaces next to curbs in the faaaar back... sometimes there are extra wide ones.... I am willing to walk to prevent some big fat momma on her cell phone in her SUV slamming her door open...

Don't shake your finger at me. I didn't say that I take up two spaces, I said "cool with me". I park far away and within the lines. Why is everyone such an a**wipe today?.
it's been noted here often that it's a quick way to get keyed.....bub
I do try to post according to and follow the rules of the forum when I am on it but I dont live my life according to the forum rules. I dont cry over little things either. No matter how I park and where I park, it seems like that whenever I get back to my car there is a trashy car parked right next to mine anyways. Almost 99% of the time I try to park away from everyone out in the boonies and dont take 2 parking spaces but will definately take 2 if needed be as its on my discretion as its my car and I make the payments and pay the insurance on it.
