Z06 growing on me
I love my car 1999 C5 coupe Sebring Silver 6 speed, 46 k both roofs .corsa indy , black wing ,kirban short throw shifter alot of little goodies inside In the process of new skins two tone . But i must admit the Z06 is growing on me .. Every where i go people check out my car always it's amazing ..

They really grew on me. I really liked my LT-4, but the FRC design and the Z06 performance won me over!

As much as I hate to admit it, the new Z06 (C6) is really a winner.
After all the issues I've had with C6's - this will probably be the nex garage mate for the C5's.
One thing is for certain - instead of the 'poser' configurations I see posted in the C6 section (they are putting on hood, rear sections - including air scoops, front fenders, etc. on the C6 Coupes - so IMO, they are posers, but don't say this on the C6 Forum
) I think I'll go with the real thing.

One thing that will be mandated with the Z, a LPE 'upgrade'. To what degree will be determined by how 'much' I feel comfortable with

u all, have hit the nail on the head
i want one so bad, i am ready to steal one, lol.... but think i am going to sell both i have and try for one,, and then i want to do the driving school. to learn really how to drive on a track, i love stick shifts only thing is the power can i really handle it.. with no mistakes.??? just seems like a task worth doing once in life.

If I could change just one thing on the C6 Z06 it would be swapping roof-lines with my C5 Z06. I really like my roof-line much better..

All you members that like the C6 need to take 2 Advil and call your Dr. So the car has 40 more HP. The price increase just does not justify a purchase of a C6. I looked at and sat in one last weekend and I feel like I am in a coffin(6'6"). Now if it was a mid-engine or a rear engine design the price may be justified. GM just needs to step up to the plate and build a real sports car.
