Just got Pioneer D2 installed (Updated PICS)
I just had a D2 installed (now added dvd player and ipod by a local shop). They molded the dash to fit double din. It looks awsome they also installed an small antenna in the rear window you dont even know its there. I have a ZO6 with a short antenna and never got good reception.They did it all in one day. I dont know how to post pics. The shop is AudioWerks.net in Tewksbury MA. 978-988-1444 Ask for Matt he is the owner.

Humm I am actually very interested in the antenna. My reception SUCKS with the stock antenna how much did that cost for parts and install. I will be looking into this. I also had the double DIN D1 great unit but if I do it agian im waiting for the new and improved Avic-Z1 that comes out very soon. Its on pioneers site its worth a look.

Oh, man! We are dying here! We need pics, bro! Sounds like you received the ultimate in mod service regarding the center console. Now, it is really cool when you can visit a car audio installer, and, have THEM actually mod the damn center console, too! Pics, please!

...we have an audio excellence down the street that has done great work with making the install look factory...
...actually considered letting them install...
D2 install with mod to shroud ...around $2300 out the door...
