Default Newbie question

I am new to the forum and have a basic question. I recently purchased an '04 C5 vert (anniversary addition) with approximately 1900 miles. I live in Chicago and am looking for a good mechanic other than a dealer if possible to help me take care of my ride and perform some modifications (Corsa exhaust and catback, Supermaxx headers, Raptor filter, Dyno tune etc.) Can anyone recommend a reliable mechanic or dealer? Speed Inc./LS1 Speed Inc. in Schaumburg comes recommended. Any help or further comments would be appreciated.

The weather is slowly starting to get nice here...70 degrees on Thursday so I am getting excited about getting the car out of storage and on the road for the spring and summer!

When the weather gets nicer, I will post some pictures!

Anniversary Editions were 2003's.

Good luck with everything.

Default Thank you for the correction

I meant to say that I have the 2004 Commemorative Edition, not the 2003 Anniversary edition.....I have a lot to learn here but am having fun.
