Zaino'd... Whoa !
Two more mods to go before September... the ATI spoiler gets replaced by a Carvaggio... and a new exhaust system (still haven't made up my mind on which one) will be installed when I visit Carlisle in August... as Homer Simpson would say... WOO HOO !!!

The car looks great.

Thanks.
I will now be trying it out on the vette. Hopefully with results as good as yours.

Thanks.

when I decide to give it a coat of Zaino usually once a week in the summer when I get bored..
I wipe the car down before starting.. I put four or five cotton undershirts in the dryer on High... five minutes... this removes all the moisture form the cottom which absorbs moisture easily, and is one of the reason people wear cotton undershirts..
Moisture in the take off cloth will smear the finish and reliquify the zaino..
then I spay my terry pad with gloss enhancer... squeeze it to apdorb the product,,, then I stay with the front fender... I put no more than two or three drops of Zaino polish for clear coat. I use to get about three or four applications out of a 5 oz bottle, this was five years ago...
I can now get 10 to 12 applications from a 5 oz bottle..
the trick is apply it very thin...
I do each section of the car, back and forth motions on the top, hood and hatch.. verticle motions on the sides..whe complete I allow the dryer to heat up the four or five tee shirts.. I take two out and start at the front fender... with the warm moisture free cloths removal is very easy... and the shine is magnificant... I do about half the car , then go and get two fresh towels from the dryer/..this whole process takes about 30 minutes.. If I ever park anywhere i try to avoid trees and their sap, If I cant I will clay the car before waxing...I can tell with a light touch if the surface is contaminated...

I'm not sure where this fallacy comes from. I can apply Zaino in the same or less time as any of the other products. The only time comes from the prep which should be done before using any wax or sealant.

But you know what? I love it and it works...
Rick - The anti Zano or however you spell it.....
I've never used Zaino but you can't argue with the results.. EVER!!
Circle Jerk? WFT? Wow...
I admire the guys that put the work into the Zaino... I may have to try it myself one day...
Just settle down Rick...

That's why I use it. I love the depth of the shine it gives and my '97 with 59,000 miles looks brand new with a couple of coats.
