Trunk Space/Holes

Trunk Space/Holes
Somebody has probably asked this before but I'm new. Does anyone know what GM had in mind when they put those three "holes" in the c-5 trunk? What do people put in them? Luggage won't fit, coolers won't fit, any neat ideas?

enjoy your stay and have fun...
The large center one was first in mind for a spare tire... after the runflats worked out, they got rid of the spare tire idea, but left the space there... that's why the C5.5 doesn't have one and their pipes are straight as well...
Luggage? No... your luggage gets tied to the roof of the car... you can even take off your roof panel and substitute it with some nice Sergio Valente rolling suitcases
I just put my subwoofer box and amp back there...

I have seen some put stereo equip. I store some tools in there and my road kit for my non runflats.
I am sure there are many other good ideas folks have used them for. Maybe some more folks will post them up.
