Default Modded - Help me price it!

Another "what's it worth question..."
I have a '99 vert with ~78K miles and am looking for asking price. I am selling to move to a GenII Viper GTS.
Car has following mods:
BPP Vortex Rammer Intake
Power Duct Carbon Bridge
85mm MAF
165 T-Stat
TB Bypass
TPIS 90mm Throttle Body
LSX 90mm (F.A.S.T.) Intake
Speed Demon Stage III Heads (2.055/1.585)
JE Forged Pistons (4.080 bore)
Custom Cam Package 244/244-.600-112LSA
Comp Springs #26918-16
418 CID Lunati 4 Crank
TPIS 1 3/4 Long Tube Headers
BPP X-Pipe
B&B RPT Quad Ovals
Star Carbon Clutch
Z06 Slave Cylinder
McCleod master cylinder
BBP output shafts
Spicer U-Joints
Z06 Brake Calipers
Z06 Chrome Wheels
Kirban Shifter
Kenwood DDX-7017 DVD
Kenwood Tuner (TV)
Kicker Speakers
Digital Designs 9112c
Chrome Seat Hoops

Parts Total: $15,555
Labor Total: $6,910
Total: $23,155
Of Course, this list is not everything!
New Tires (500 miles) Options include: HUD - Dual A/C - All pwr...
Car has TV installed in dash and stereo is incredible and done to show standards. TV is DVD and digital TV tuned.
Paint 8.5/10, Int. 8.5/10 Top. 9.5/10
Motor is perfect and VERY strong (engine done at SpeedDemon Motorsports and dyno tuned by Ed Wright)

Any ballpark guesses? I need to put an asking price on it. I am thinking it should bring at least $25,000. Need Advice!
TIA

Since you already have a list of mods the next step is to find the "normal" asking price for that item in used condition. "In other words, put a price that you would feel comfortable selling that item used, as if you parted the car out and put it back to stock. Do not include any labor or installation costs for any modifications. Labor is never recoverable when selling these performance items. If you did all the work yourself, pat yourself on the back. If you paid out the wazoo for all this fancy hardware to be installed, tested, tuned, etc... then you will take a loss. For example, if you had gears installed, put the price down for a used set of gears, not how much they cost to get installed. If you have a heavy labor intensive modification, such as a welded 10-point rollcage, its really only worth about 1/3 the original cost to a buyer that wants one. Custom paint jobs are hardly ever recoverable, so the value of paint is almost negligible since the original paint is adequate for most people."

If you can locate a buyer who likes your mods, your price is easily doable. Many will be scared off by the miles and mods. Good luck.

I was figuring around 23k-23.5k myself so with the right buyer I think you could get 25k.
