Top mounted battery terminals

Top mounted battery terminals
For those of you who switched your car battery to top mounted terminals, was it as easy as simply purchasing a top mounted battery and re-connecting the red/black contacts to the top of the battery, or is there another step in this that I'm missing?

You have to pick up the metal adaptors from side to top mount for your existing cables, much easier than changing out the cables. They are availible at any parts store.
