3-4 Clutch pack toast. Being rebuilt today, hopefully it is off the lift tonight.

The GM Buyer Protecton Plan has worked great so far. They are covering the repairs save a deductable and a few days of rental car (an Aveo?) but it takes me to work.

I spent more on the 60,000 miles fuel injector et al than I am on the tranny rebuild et al. The Mech. Robert, a great guy, at Friendly Chev. is doing good looking work. Will know for show when the rubber is back on the road. Changing 3-4 Clutch pack gaskets and seals

Default Need a Northwest Tuner

Seems I will get that check engine light to finally shut up if I can get a great tuner to do the computer magic for me. My mods are screwing with the O2 sensors.

I hat to ruin your day man but mine did the same last week after a radiator change. Oil starvation 2nd and 3rd gears gone. Rebuild and new shift kit and Torque converter $2100....Sorry Dude

GMPP should have covered the rental car. I know mine does.

If you know how to shift properly an M6 or M12 will last a long time.

Alot of M6/M12 failures are caused by improper driver input.

I would rather have control over what gear I'm in and not have the computer do it for me. But that's just me.
