Only thing the C6 has over the C5 in appearance is the emblem.

I thought the point that somebody brought up about running Z06 wheels on their C5's in relation to the badge swap was dead on the mark. Same thing with guys who run Z06 ducts on their C5's, or C6 wheels on their C5's, which doesn't seem to draw any negative comparisons. The badging is just another example of the rampant cross platform stuff that's been going on as long as modding has been around.

I don't think that they look bad. People with C5's are using C6's wheels, so why not use the emblems?

Well, no biggie. Look fine. I like all Corvettes and all emblems from all the years. However, it looks a little "confused" to mix emblems on the car as far as I'm concerned. For example, when I see a C3 sporting a C5 emblem license plate insert it just looks weird to me. Now, maybe that is a way of showing one's support for all generations of vettes and I'm cool with that. I do worry though it might come off looking like you "wish your C5 were a C6, thus you switched out the emblems". I guess a form of generational envy.... to some.

Looks fine to me. Your car, so do whatever makes you happy. I think the C6 emblems look pretty good.

I dont see anybody bashing the people who put c6 wheels on a c6!!! What is that? Surely more of a distinction than any logo.

I think it looks good even though I like the old emblem on the C5.

And surprisingly, GROND's plate doesn't look too bad either. It must be the shading on my monitor...

Doesn't bother me. As long as the intention is not to pass off the C5 as a C6.

I like the C6 emblem better too.

As long as you don't use any chrome accents, you're ok in my book.

I think it looks great. It's not like v6 mustang guys putting on Cobra badging...you can still completely tell it's a c5. No one is going to see that and think you're trying to have a c6.

Hey, question, are there tabs behind the badging, or are they just stuck on??
