Exhaust Sound Chart
In the hunt for an exhaust, i resisted the temptaion to ask "Duhh... What one is bettah?"
on CF, but instead i wanted to post something that i thought was useful to me, because i'm sure there are a lot of others out there looking at different exhaust systems.
I think i've decided i want the B&B Bullet exhaust system. I was lookin for something pretty loud, and after finding this chart, it seems to affirm my hopes of affordable loudness.

Any comments on the accuracy of the above chart from personal experience maybe?

As for that chart I can only speak for the two systems I have. I believe it is right on for the Borla Stinger and B&B Route 66 system.
Nice chart!!
All CORSA systems are completely straight through and have no form of separation by baffle, packing, etc. You can literally roll a ball through our entire kit.
Both [Touring and Pace Car] systems add a dyno proven 10-12rwhp over stock and are only different by the way we tune sound level frequencies through the muffler cases. We incorporate RSC technology, which is a way of isolating high and low frequency tones while not changing any of the dynamic flow patterns of the exhaust gasses. It may help to think of our design as being more like a musical instrument that creates a sound, rather than a typical "glasspack" which will just absorb tone.
The Touring is the more mellow version of our systems, and also features a higher pitch when it comes to C5. The Pace version is the more aggressive, deeper system while still offering no drone.
Pace Car: idle= 4, cruise= 1(stock or below), acceleration= 7
Pace Car is by far the most popular option and makes up roughly 80% of total C5 sales. It really is the better option if you plan to keep mods to a minimum. (i.e.. stock cats, manifolds, etc)
Just a FYI.
EG
It should have a wider spread, at LEAST 1 to 5.
For example, I have the Corsa Pace Car system, and while it lets out a pretty good bark on WOT, by NO means should it get the SAME 3 rating as some of the other systems listed, which are MUCH louder.

I would agree the chart should be at least 1-5 though,to be very accurate
Edit: you have to go to the mid america site for the sound bites to work :o
I heard them yesterday, and thought this was a link,...but no

My Stingers are super quite once the motor warms up. Almost like stock at idle...
