New member..
Just bought a 2002 Z06 a couple of weeks ago.
It's black with the black/red interior, 13k miles, and is in showroom condition.
I've had quite a few performance cars, including a 2004 LS1 C5 that I had for a little while. I've lurked here for a long time, but never registered.
I'm pretty much a track *****, and have been drag racing on a regular basis since I was a teenager. I plan on running the new car in Houston this coming weekend.
I've added Nitto DR's and did the zip-tye mod with a K&N filter that came off of a 2002 Z28 that I used to have. It fit perfectly.
Hopefully I'll represent you guys well. I ran consitent 12.8's with my bone stock M6 LS1 C5.
I plan on more mods, so I'll probably have a ton of questions for you guys in the future.

Welcome to the club and congrats on the purchase of your Z! You will love your car...I've had mine for about 2 1/2 years and couldn't be happier. It is my first Corvette and my dream car and I still remember the feeling of driving it home and pinching myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming.

Have fun at the track and remember to use Competitive mode so that you can smoke the hides but still have AH to save you just in case!
