Take the image into a paint program like PaintShop Pro, PhotoShop, etc. Then resize it and save it out. I took yours and resized it down to 250 x 188...

I resized mine with the software that came with my camera. It was very easy. I assume your talking about your avatar.

Go to User CP and edit avatar. Then hit the little yellow button that looks like it has mountains on it. Then enter the location of your pic. After you resize it. I think it has to be 150x?.
