ignition switch help.
My ignition switch kind of sticks,wen i turn car on,
and i have to be really carefull not to leave it all the
way or it will stay there,grind my starer,
is it going bad or can i spray something to loossen it?

Help Ignition Switch Failure!!
So I drive up 200 miles to my parents place for the Easter gathering, next day I try to start the car and the key won't go in the ignition like something is blocking, so I jiggle and then get the key in, it turns and nothing. After i fish out what looks like a lock pin cylinder housing from the key hole i can at least get the key to switch to the ACC position to put up the windows but no ignition.
I have to be at work tomorrow and my car has a dead ignition switch in my partents driveway.
How hard is it to replace the ignition cylinder? I dont trust shady, slow to help dealers, especially that Im from out of state. I have a 2003 ANNIV 6sp convert, < 21K miles
