I curbed one of the factory magnesium rims on my 2000 convertible
and need some help. I have another wheel but now need to know where in the north east (I live in New Jersey) I can get the new wheel safely mounted and balanced? Or does anyone have a rear mag wheel with a low milage original tire to sell. My car has 8000 miles and I'd like to keep it original. Any help appreciated. Rich jcmsp062@aol.com

Almost every magnesium wheel I have ever seen has been chipped in the process of changing tires. I would go to a dealer to have the work done - and take pictures of the new wheel first. That way when they screw it up, they can buy you another one. There are plenty of dealers that will mount tires for you - just do the research to find one
