Question: withstupid:
I belong to a corvette club in central California.
A member drove up in a very nice RED Z06 with
a retractable hard top: cool: .
This must be after market?
I met the vendor of these at an event in Bowling Green - nice concept but there needs to be a better way to hide some of the mechanicals that makes it work. Plus it costs between $10-11K for the conversion.
I personnaly don't "get" retactable hard tops.
You lose the use of your trunk - you've got to run around with an empty trunk or you can't lower you top.
If it weren't for the Vett's trunk I'd be driving a Ferrari.
yeah those pics with 'half a website' are like the 'another fine product from "Bast@rdsInc'
<<no offence to Jim, im sure he wasnt trying to capture the name in his pics , lol>>

That one is ugly with the top up. The new Volvo C70 retractable hardtop has an excellent design and you'd never know it was a convertible until the top is down.
