I currently have an all black COUPE and the calipers are red, but I was thinking of changing that and painting them BLACK. What do you think...is it to much?
Like I said, the car is totally black with the exception of the calipers.

You have black wheels too, don't you Micah? It really all depends if you want to see the calipers or if you want them to be invisible. Personally - I like the contrast.....

Yeah, I have black wheels too. I like the contrast, but I am going for the ugly nasty, mean and "DON'T SCREW WITH ME" look.
I say paint them black and scrape off the paint on the C O R V E T T E letter that way it would match the polished part on lip of your rims. Just my 0.2cents

Thanks in advance,

Funny you should mention this Micah as I was just sitting in my garage about two hours ago thinking the same exact thing.
I want to get some black rims first but am still undecided on the caliper color myself.

I have a red cpe with red calipers. but chrome wheels.
i think mine would look kinda to much to have red car, red calipers, red wheels, red tint, you know what i mean
i think chrome would look bad azz though with yours. or even a dark silver/ grey even better
I have a black coupe as well with black powder coated calipers. My wheels are high-polished though as compared to black. Since my calipers are not red I do get some comments suggesting that I should paint my calipers red. To be honest I really like the look of the high gloss black calipers on my car. Afterall I paid to have the powder coating done. Personally I would not do red calipers on my car as the 19/20 wheel combo I have makes them look small as it is. Red will just make that fact even more noticable.
