EG,
Another funny observation....the distance between your tire and top of the wheel well is still less than 90% of the cars even when you have it on jack stands!!!! You're still the slammedest owner I've seen!!

UPDATE : Day 5

Made my second parts run today - got 3 gallons of oil, 2 oil filters, Dexcool, etc. Chris (Stangkiller) came over to give me a hand until Sunday morning - thanks Chris!

Changed my diff oil to the new DTE Redline. Installed the fuel pump and started the final mock up of the blower. Will be ready for first fire tomorrow.

Here are the "in progress" pics

Started by draining the fuel tank with homemade jumper. Thanks to Connecticut for this tip

Got the old fuel pump out

And began the disassembly

Moved the fuel level sender over

And disconnected the old pump

This is your fuel level sender AKA your gas guage. This is the little demon that stops working and leaves you wondering if you have enough gas. Price? $235 at the stealership

New Racetronix fuel pump

New pump (top) and old pump (below)

Changed the fuel filter as well. Might as well do this while doing everything else.

New fuel pump installed

And wired up for more juice

Ran the wires down the driver's side rocker panel

Got the belt installed and tensioned

And started the final mock up

There will be a few videos in the works. I should have first fire by lunchtime tomorrow. Still have to install the T1 sways, get the charge tube to fit with it installed and up my ground clearance (kinda important for me )

I must say that I am somewhat bemused by the Florida crowd's reaction (or lack thereof) to my Mod Party; prior to the install - many expressed interest in a supercharger install, but when I go and do it - no one seems interested. Oh well, their loss.

Many more mods to come - but I will not announce them anymore.

I hope you keep me in the loop, and you know all the real performance nuts are on the other coast.
