E-Brake Handle???

E-Brake Handle???
Just got back from my local dealer trying to order an e brake handle... just the handle and nothing more, but they said it can only be purchased as an entire e brake assembly for $216 
Can anyone confirm this? I really cant justify spending that much on an entire assembly when all I need is the leather handle

It is probably true. I know when my dealer had to fix the gears on the console for my e-brake, I ended up with a new handle for it because the handle came with the gears. You might want to contact Gene at the Karshop and see if he has one lying around that you can pick up.

do a Flea-bay search for "C5 corvette emergency handle" and you will find one for sale- I think it was $35.00 plus $15.00 shipping
