C5 Vs Viper......
Tonight I was just cruising around town in my C5 when I pull up beside a viper……driving about 40mph down the highway he starts to hit the gas a little just to try to get me to race…..so I get ready and give the C5 a little gas just to mess around with this guy but it never turns into a race…....I pull over and talk to this guy and he was telling me all about his viper and stuff….anyway the viper was a 03 or 04 stock……What mods would it take for my C5 to run with his viper?????? The only mod I have is borla exhaust….I plan to get a new cam and heads very soon……what else would it take to run with him????

Is your car an M6 or an A4? Assuming you are talking about running with a stock Viper in the 1/4 mile. If your car is an M6 you will need a good H/C package with bolt on's and 3.90 or 4.10 gears. If your car is an A4 you will need a good T/C and gears to go along with your H/C package and bolt on's.

Sounds like you met another cool enthusiast. The restyled Viper is like the Vette, everytime I see one it turns my head

Why the question?
The Vette is 'faster', and will 'run' better that 90%+ vehicles on the road.
And, remember, there WILL ALLWAYS be someone with a Viper, brand F, brand D, etc. that you'll lose too at some point

Yeah my Vette is a A4.....I am going to start adding mods to it soon...i will prolly go new heads and cam first.....then i want to at a charger also....a Maggie....What does everyone else thing about this???
