Ok, Mill Yellow Coupe: need Tires/'Wheels don't want to spend 3 Grand! What Wheels?
1. Black-z06 motorsports? (easy to keep clean)
2. Crome?
3. Polished?

i am not a fan of the black wheels.
the polished are not as easy as the chrome to clean with certain degreesers messing up the finish on polished wheels. so i think chrome would be a better choice. my .02

First choice would be chrome, then black.

I think "black" looks too much like "dirty". Maybe a two tone black and chrome mixture would liook nice though...

I personally hate how black wheels on any car, other than black look, the black wheels that are avail in my opinion look cheap, and id rather keep the stock ones especially if your going in stock sizes, the best deal apparently to me is a 18 -19 setup in chrome repo zo6's or a nice polished wheel, for something lower cost its hard to beat a nice set of chrome z06's

Polished or black. Chrome will peel after a few years.
