After looking at the vid, I thought 'what a jerk' to be doing that in a parking lot with other cars around. Then the horror hit........he was probably a valet and was parking the car!!!! 
He certainly looked as though he didn't care about hitting the nose of the car after his little joy ride....."But boss, I'm telling you...that truck wasn't there when I parked the man's car. Whoever parked the truck must have backed into the car". 
I park my own cars for that very reason......Valet or not!!
