According to Michelin's web site - a 335-30x18 really should be on a 12" wide wheel as the minimum, just as Chris stated. You can install it on an 11" wide wheel, but the reality is that the sidewall will be buckled in almost to the point that it could be detrimental to the tire. I wouldn't do it.
With a 12" wide wheel - the tires will stick out - unless you find a wheel with enough offset to allow it to tuck under, but then you more than likely have issues with the tires rubbing the fender (inside and outside). In order to make that work properly - you should consider mini-tubbing. If you select a wheel with enough offset to clear the inner fender, and if your car is lowered, you might have an issue with the bottom lip of the fender making contact with the tire tread in bumps and cornering (anytime the suspension is compressed).
So will it work? Maybe. Is it a good idea - I'd say no. Inmo, of course.
