I hope the valet is asking how to remove a pen from his temple.

I've heard hair spray will take ink off of clothing, but don't know about dyed leather. Good luck.

Might try "Goof off" or "Goo Gone" (orange based paint & sticky crap remover)

There are two kinds... one's water based and one's petrol-based. I'd try the water based one first, and as they always say, test in an inconspious area first... good luck!

If all safe methods fail you can try Oxiclean powder. My grandson scribbled all over our new leather couch. We tried everything and I finally said what the hell. Had to let it soak for about 1/2 hour but it came off without damage to the beige color. It did leave a rough finish on the leather though but it looks a heck of a lot better then all the ink that was on it. Be careful and if possible find an unseen spot to try it on first.

Several very knowledgeable people and a few professional detailers hangout in the Car Care Discussion section of the Forum and they may be of some more help. Good luck.

This is the very reason why no one drives my car except me....and especially not a pimple faced college Freshmen valet guy, although I admire them for working for a living.
