very carefully. Sorry couldnt resist. There is no real way to remove without damaging it. It has already been damaged by the weight being put on that way in the first place. All you can hope for is that the damage isnt too bad from the weight

Wheel Weights
I have used a bondo spreader to get under the front part and then gently worked a screwdriver under the weight (but on top of the plastic spreader) to pry it back toward the rim. They tend to pop of so wear your safety glasses! Practice on one on the back side of the rim first. All of this is with the tire deflated.
