Was discussing available tires with a few drivers this weekend – topic of how they look when mounted on the rim came up.
I may be in the market for tires in the near future. Best value for a budget seems to be the FS Wide Ovals however I’ve heard they really look different than the stock F1s when mounted. This got me wondering about other tire options, Michelin, etc.
If you’ve got any, please post pics from side angle so we can compare how the sidewalls look when mounted and overall stance of the car.
These are all I kept from when I owned my 03 Z. I really liked these tires. My Z was a daily driver and a better all around tire was my goal. I didn't need a pseudo race tire for street use. I thought they looked OK.
Dude, that tire is a fine addition to your dinning room furniture!
Your my kind of Corvette Owner. During football season I take a rim off at a time from my '82 and polish it in the living room watching the game on the big screen.

I've almost got a whole Vette in the dining room.LOL Next to the tires and wheels are my new rotors and pads. The jack and jack stands are next to the rotors.
