Yes - the TPM was standard on all C5's except for the Z06's. And no - there's no visual clue. The TPM is the valve stem, the actual sensor is inside the wheel.
Yes it is very easy to tell if you have a valve stem or sensors...
A valve stem is seated to the rim via a rubber grommet, it is pulled into place from outside the rim and is help in place by this rubber grommet..
Tire pressure sensors are held in place by a nut that can be seen at the base of the valve stem from the outside of the wheel.

Don't worry about it. How do these sensors actually communicate with the ECM. Is it a magnetic pick up or some kind of radio frequency? Thanks for the help guys.
Radio Frequency
The antenna is the same for the keyless remote entry.
The antenna is mounted above the drivers side rear wheel in the car behind the trim (carpet).
