You can install an aftermarket tunnel plate, they are suppose to help with body flex.
The C4 top (and the Targa-Truss) attaches to the body with bolts; the C5 top uses clamps. The C5 body is so much stiffer than the C4, a Targa-Truss would probably mot be of any real help like it does in the C4.
Try this link. Tunnel plate places the factory one with a thicker piece that can be made from steel or aluminum and also come in colors (some powder coated) the do a great job at reducing body flex and also reduce interior heat (and some noise). Do a search on the CF and you will see lots of links.
