Just bought a set of chrome rotor hub covers from Eckler's. Took them to my local tire guy to have them installed. Thought it just involved popping for the wheell and inserting them over the rotor hub. Apparently not. They had to remove the brake pads and calipers to get them on. Cost me $100. I thought it would be $15-20 tops. Live and learn.
That's what happens when you don't have the tools to DIY.
But they do look great behind the ZO6 chrome wheels. Will most a pic later. Wife has the camera at the moment.

I've found that if you start buying tools for DIY projects, you'd be surprised to learn that you start doing other things on your own - pretty much for the same reason that my dog licks herself.......because she can!
Start small, and you'd be amazed how satisfying it is to accomplish simple projects on your own.
