I'm contemplating finding a white as close to the Speedway as possible but will prob stick with chrome.

Saw that one but they arent worth $650 for the pair to me; however, without a doubt very very nice.

I agree that the OEM black plastic stinks. Like Doug said, you need to 1)Paint the cowl gloss black, 2) paint the cowl the same as the body color, or 3) buy the carbon fiber "Cowl Insert" as shown above on my car. It slips right on.
That is your opinion, you are entitled to it, and I respect your opinion. It's too bad that you have no respect for those who don't agree with you. My car is not a daily driver, it is a "garage queen", I store it in the winter, I don't drive it in the rain or snow, I keep it immaculately clean and ready to show. I use my car the way that I want to, and the narrow minded people who criticize me can run their cars through the Mohave Desert for all I care!BTW, I feel kind of sorry for all the "pimps" down in Little River with you on patrol!
(...with this part of the quote, anyway...)Whereas I wouldn't go as far as to say that it's "pimping" the car, I would say that, asthetically, you're drawing attention to... Well.. Wiper blades.
There's no other chrome on the exterior of these cars. Unless you have, say, chrome wheels on the car, the wipers could stick out like a sore thumb. And if you DO have chrome wheels on the car, then... They'd bring out the chrome in an non-performance piece that would be shaved off of most show cars anyway.
Personally, I'd rather have my wipers disappear into the black cowl like they do now. I don't see much point in enhancing a part like a wiper blade. Engine and interior dress-up is one thing (and I'm not too into that, either) -- but I don't see the whole wiper blade thing. You guys who like the chrome wiper look, what's your though process on this?
Just another point of view for consideration (or discarding)!
