Ecklers has the most god awful customer service ever. I am trying to order parts and this is the second time I have been on hold for unreal amounts of time.
The first time I went to 22 minutes before hanging up and now I am at 12 minutes still holding without ever speaking to a person just an automated voice.
I am using a gift certificate other wise I wouldnt bother. I can promise I will never spend any of my own money on this company, imagine how long you would wait for a problem to be solved rather then spending money on them.
Update: Spoke to a person at 15 minutes and after being transfered I am back on hold again.....4 minutes so far.
you have got to be freaking %#$*& kidding me, transfered to wrong person.
finally got the right person, very courteous and helpful but the total length of my call was 32 minutes.

I've placed one or two orders with them without a problem however, I know you will find many people around here will not buy from them for reasons shuch as what you've been put through.

I haven't had any problems with them at all over the years, but I know others have. Unfortunately, it may just be the luck of the draw on when you call.
I've bought lots from Eckler's and had only a few service issues all of which were handled quickly, courteously and to my complete satisfaction. I know every encounter with every person will not be the best but Eckler's is an excellent company and good supporter of the Corvette community. Unfortunate that your experience was not satisfactory.

I have had hit and miss service with them. Their catalogs are getting much better though!
Placed 1 order, no problem.
This last phone order, I paid for express shipping. They didn't tell me that one of the items I ordered in a package deal was backordered. It's been a month. I called them Fri 4/14, they said it would ship Tues the 18th. Still hasn't arrived.
I also haven't been credited for the express. I agree poor cust service in this instance. I'll vote with my wallet.
