Default Aliment Question

I took my front wheels off to clean wheels and brakes and noticed that both front tires were bald on the inside. The inside of both were worn bald. I knew I was ready for new rubber and plans are to replace all 4 with GS-D3. Would this be to my aggressive nature in the twisties or do I have an aliment problem? Thanks, Mark

Yes, I definitely think your aliment is an alignment problem. Have your toe-out checked.

Many here report the insides wearing in advance of the rest of the tread. The question is how much is the difference?
Your post suggests you already knew you were ready for rubber and found the inside bald.
It is always a good idea to get an alignment done with new tires.
The cost is not prohibitive.... Even the local stealership only charges $79.95 and most tire shops will do it for less when you buy new tires.

I use the VBandP "Advanced Street" specs

Noticed these say they may be different from factory specs.
Why?

Z06 specs are a good compromise between handling and tire life, stock C5 is good for tire life, you have to choose which is more important to you.
