I also posted this in the audio section, and no one replied after a couple of days of 'ttt' so I was seeing if i'd get more responses here.
Alright, i purchased my subthump box a couple of days ago, but the carpet doesn't match at all. I was wondering if I ordered the wrong color? I have a 2003 MSG Coupe, and i ordered the light oak. I THOUGHT my interior was light oak, but i might have not understood. It's a light tan color, but it doesn't match the light oak carpeting on the box at all, just wondering if I got the wrong carpeting?
Yep, the 2nd pic is what i recieved. Now is subthump good with customer service? I've sent 3 e-mails and called twice, left a message once, and i've recieved one e-mail back.
Light gray interior was available in every year of the C5, 97-04.
True but only on certain color mixes. I mean, you had to have a certain exterior color to get a certain interrior color. You could not get the light gray with about 1/2 of the exterior colors offered. Also, on the verts, you had to have black, green or blue to get the light gray. I don't understand all this but found it on a web site with interrior and exterrior colors. Who understands this? DAHHHHH!

Sort of, but for the question asked...03 Spiral gray and light gray interior was both an available and "recommended" option.
Other than the special edition cars like the Pace car, 03 AE, 04 CE and Z06's, you could special order any color interior you wanted, even if it wasn't shown as being available for that body color. They only listed "recommended" color combos.
There are many examples of "not recommended" interior color option cars out there that you might refer to as being "not available" (ie TR interior on a MY car). It was obviously possible, because the cars are out there.
I own a 2000 Navy Blue Metallic w/light gray interior. That is what you have I think. By the way, besides my combination I think your Spiral Gray and that interior is very nice. Good luck and have a great weekend.
