Radar Locators
I'm going back East to DC. I think DC and VA don't allow radar detectors. Is there any others not allowing them?

I know someone who got pulled over on the interstate in Virginia for having a radar detector. They were told to take it out and put it in the trunk. I think some detectors have a stealth mode so LEO's cannot determine whether you have a detector or not.

and radar detectors are not illegal in DC. .in the back of my mind I knew that Washington District of Colombia is not a state.
The use of radar is not band in most states.
"The exceptions are Virginia, which bans detector use, and nearby Washington, D.C., "
