What are you looking for in a cam....Your question has lots of answers. If you're looking to get a cam on a stock bottom end w/o a torque converter, then consider something like a 224/226-114 lsa. Yeah...I know..its a very mild cam but still better than the stock and still good for a daily driver. If you're looking for something more radical, then increase the specs but keep in mind you'll probably need a yank 3300-3600 torque converter...may as well get some ported heads while you're at it. Just my opinion.
