Has anyone had a problem with the visors rattling while driving? Here in Houston our streets are pretty torn up. Everytime I hit an uneven surface, my visors seem to rattle a bit. Any fixes for this?? Thanks.

That's most likely from the plastic mirror cover hitting the metal frame of the roof panel. It bugged me too until I pushed the visors down and forward toward the windshield and got it away from the panel.
This also opened up more space when the roof panel is off.
Are you sure it's the visor? I've got a rattle that sounded like it was coming from the visor on the driver's side. Turns out it was the latch for the top.
Mine rattle, too, and I've been thinking of putting some anti-friction tape around the rim of the vanity so the door won't rattle against the vanity, but I also need to put some felt pads in to ensure the pin switch is still depressed to keep the light off.
I'm also wondering if it's the mirror assembly itself tapping against the visor base itself. Because in the forward position it doesn't seem to do it.
Does anyone know if the visor base is made of hard plastic, or something soft? If it's something soft, like felt covered plastic or cardboard, then it can't be the vanity tapping the visor base, and it must be the door.
Mine did this too at one time. The clip that holds the visor to the frame was loose on both of mine. Not the actual visor, but the clip they pop into. I believe it takes a small socket to tighten it back up. It was either a socket or an allen head. I cannot remember. It was three years ago since I tightened it and it hasn't rattled since. I hope that helps
