Yeah, but what scares me now is what the poster above said. I'm now hoping they actually found a bug in manufacturing, and that one of the new parts they're sending is a corrected design of what they previously were shipping. I'd like to think what I reported was indeed the cause of so many horror stories on fitting the system and aligning the tips. FWIW, the QC Manager did say he felt "pretty darned confident" that the new part will resolve my issues. I'll keep everyone posted.

BTW, are you a transplant from da Islands, like me?
