Default DRL question

Are drl's on 2003's? I have the Anniv. Edition Conv. and mine do not come on. Is there something I can do to make them work?

It's possible they were disabled. I disabled mine by pulling the #2 fuse.

#2 fuse is there and not blown. All relays are in tact as well.

Silly question, but how are you checking that they don't work?

Only reason I ask is...if you start the car with the parking brake set, the DRL's will not come on until the handbrake is released.

Car running, handbrake down and in gear with wife in front. Signals work on both sides, but drl's don't work.

My bad! I was looking under the inside fuse block for fuse #2. I found a blown fuse #2 under the hood fuse block. All is working now. Thanks for the help!
