Heat them a bit and use fishing line. Thats how most have removed them.

I have a EB Z06 with BSM's, I will probably taking them off this week.

I owned a Black 2000 FRC before the Z06, which I took the BSM's off myself.

What I used was 3M Adhesive remover, you can find it in almost any Auto parts supply store in the paint section. It comes in a small rounded rectanglur can with a plastic screw-type cap on top.

I placed a small amount in a small cap like container, and dosed the end of Q-tips in it and then soaked the BSM's from the top. The 3M liquid did not harm my paint. After letting it soak to loosen the adhesive, I started pulling with either my finger nails or a weed waker line until there was a leading edge. I then changed to a plastic Ty-Rap. The reason I changed to the plastic Ty-Rap, is that it was a flat surface to pull with, rather then a round surface which I saw started to leave marks in the edges of the BSM. You will see what I mean when you try it. I wanted to keep the BSM's in good shape, I still have my Black ones. No paint discoloration was seen at all. You can use the 3M stuff to rub off the excess glue, or your fingers and hand in a rubbing motion.

Just take your time, it is scary the first time, but by the time you get to the last piece, you will be a pro, and wonder why Chevrolet put them on the car, its a Sports car not a grocery getter!
