Default Fuse / Relay question

I have a 2003 Z06. Recently the self dimming mirror rear view mirror, passenger visor vanity light, hood light, and lighter port in the center console stopped working. I have checked the fuses and can't find a blown fuse. I know the skip shift is on the same fuse as the rear view mirror. The skip shift was bypassed with my LS1 edit tune. Could this be the cause or could it be a relay or something?

Thank you,

Did you check BOTH fuseboxes, the one under the hood AND the one under the passenger floor ?

I'm sure the LS1 edit tune has nothing to do with it.

Did you check #2 and #29 in the passenger footwell box?
