I asked the same question on the Southwest Event forum. No replies. Guess the locals don't want any out of towners having fun in their town. How bout it locals. Where is a little action after the race?

Don't feel bad, guys. I'm a local and posted in SW section, too, and the only response I got was about a cruise/show in Baytown next weekend. I don't think there's anything going on here this weekend except the race.

most of the corvette clubs are helping out with the gp, so nothing is happening until next weekend. san jac is having a night at the drive in in sugar land and i think the racers are going to waco for an event. then memorial day weekend its ok city at the police acadamy
