I have never had my car dynoed but was wondering what kind of HP a typical stock coupe has, 280 - 290 rwhp?
I have added exhaust and a Vararam intake, any estimates on what kind of HP that adds.
If I do not intend to add other mods, will a tune help? If so, where should I be after that?
Vararam doesn't add much in the way of horsepower unless you are at speed, so you probably will only see minimal gains on the dyno, and a catback is worth 10-15 rwhp.

Wow. I thought my stock C5 Auto had 345hp. I really need to do some mod's.
I'm not too sure i believe a catback alone is worth 10-15 hp. But other than that, I think those numbers seem about right to me.
Chris
10-15 for a catback.....no way. People change exhaust for sound. Your intake will open up the breathing. The rest of the exhaust is far too restrictive with the headers the cats and the h-pipe to see any gains from just the catback.
