normal operating temp?

normal operating temp?
Hello all, just test drove a 03 anna. vert yesterday and i am very interested in it...what is the normal range for the temperature to climb before the fan kicks on and drops the temp? The guage went up to like 240 but slowly climbed back down to the 190-220 range. If this is normal then i might be a part of the corvette community by the end of the week!

normal fan on temps are something like:
low speed: on at 227, off at 218
hi speed: on at 235, off a 228
for later years (.i.e. most likely includes 2003)
i thought i remember reading that around here somewhere

Sounds about right on the fans coming on at that temp.
