Hello! When I purchased my Z over a month ago, I noticed that the stock tips weren't aligned properly. I'm not sure if the right side's too low or the left side's too high.
Your right side tips are too low. I would check to see if there is a problem with the rubber mount where the tab on the muffler fits in to. If that is the stock exhaust it's the only place I can think of that would cause your muffler to hang down.
also, you can make adjustments where the cat back attaches to the h-pipe. There are 2 bolts that attach to the muffler section infront of the rear axle. Loosen those bolts and have someone hold the tips in the right position while you tighten up those 2 bolts. Very simple job, but can take more than one try to get it right
Loosen the bolts at the H-pipe. Take a jack and a piece of wood wide enough to touch both sides of the exhaust tips. Put the wood on top of the jack and slowly jack up the tips until they line up where you want them. Leave the jack in place then tighten up the bolts. When you lower the jack the tips will stay where they were. It's a real easy way to do it yourself.

Except I used some spring loaded clamps to hold the wood to the tips
